1)Sign into your account with your user ID and password.
2)Go to the 'Products' tab to search or browse for items. If you wish to buy them, click the 'Request' button. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR POPUP BLOCK IS DISABLED.
3)Type the quantity in the box and click 'Add to order request' button. The quantity and item can always be adjusted if you change your mind. Please click 'Update' at the bottom of the page after any changes you make. This will refresh the order total. The items you put on request are saved in the order request page even if you close your browser accidentally.
4)After you have all the items you wish to order in the order request card, choose the shipping method and press the 'Send Request' tab.
5)Our sales department will review your request and give you any discounts to ensure that you are getting our most competitive prices.
6)Your order will be shipped out within 24 hours. We will ship all the items that are in stock and cancel any items that are not in stock.
7)The Status of your order will be updated each evening. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging on to our website.
